Single Well Control Panel
The standard single well control panel can be applied to the hydraulic-control SCSSV of any well there are two pneumatic or hydraulic SSV. The single well control panel can shut the safety valve automatically in response to all kinds of emergent situation that asks for shutting.
The equipments on the panel can provide the local control and inspection for the opening and shutting in normal or emergent situation,and can achieve emergent shutting on site.
When there is a fire in well site or platform, the wellhead control panel will shut all the safety valve emergently after receiving the signal from the fusible plug.
The control panel will shut the well automatically after receiving the signal from the remote hand driving emergent shutting stand or the remote central processing factory/control center.
Multi Well Control Panel
It is a standard comprehensive system with pneumatic, hydraulic, self-control, and communication, and this is a solution scheme on the base of onshore and offshore multi-well application. This system can provide many choices to meet the norms of the customers from weight,design distribution, to the operating function. Besides, we provide the professional design for the customers who are not sure about the parameters.
For the convenience of the customers, the wellhead control panel can be designed as integration of movable and interchangeable well control module.Each module controls a single well,any single well module can be separated and moved very easily,and that will not influence the operating of the other componets in the single well control panel.The now available module can be removed and a spare module can be fixed at the least break down cycle.
MP1 Electric & Hydraulic Control Panel
MP1 Electric&Hydraulic Control Panel is a system of low power, high reliability, computer-processor based, distribution wellhead and production control system.
The system provides monitoring control to wellhead and other production equipments based on a logical "application program module"
Redundant performance provides high reliability for importance fields like communication.current source and control,etc…
MP1 is also suitable for application in products that could not be satisfied by conventional power source.This system could be combined with hydraulic/pneumatic logic to support shutdown operation and SCADA system,providing remote wellhead control.
Manifold Control Panel
Manifold control panel is disigned for cotrolling choke valve of MSP/DRILEX choke manifold or kill manifold. It uses a pneumatic pump which is powered by 80~120 psi clean air to generate 1500 psi hydraulic pressure for actuating the choke. Control panel for kill manifold can also provides controller with information of SPP, CSP and mud pump stroke count.
The control Panel offers three kinds of operations: opening, closing and holding. It has a regulator for adjusting operation speed of opening and closing choke valve. Under situation of losing pneumatic power, a hand pump is available for providing system pressure.
BOP Control System
The control system for surface BOP stacks is important equipment for the controlling of BOP stacks, choke and kill valve for well control. The products not only meet the requirements of domestic standards but also has gotten the certification of API SPEC 16D.
