CQS Conventional Wellhead System
The MSP/Drilex CQS conventional wellhead system is a high load capacity wellhead system designed to fit various well depths and completion types. The system features flexibility, compatibility and interchangeability that can help to lower your inventory level and related cost.
The CQS wellhead system includes a CQS casing head, a CQS casing spool, a TD tubing spool and a conventional Christmas tree. It has a special designed all conduit metal-to- metal seal system for the high pressure section of a wellhead system. This special seal system provides reliable, durable seal and corrosion resistance.

Solid Block Tree
Under the condition of tight site space, MSP/DRILEX provides Solid Block Christmas Trees with working pressure up to 20,000psi. Compared to conventional Christmas tree, Solid Block Tree has a single solid-forged body with lower and upper master valve, wing valve and swab valve. Its advantage lies in a compact body requiring smaller space, improving fire-resistant performance and reducing potential leak channels.
MSP-DRILEX MD gate valve can be incorporated into Solid Block Christmas Tree with working pressure up to 20,000psi. Similar to conventional Christmas Tree, Solid Block Christmas Tree can also accommodate single or dual tubing strings.

This type of wellheads replace the old wellhead as well as old oil-extraction wellhead. It can be easily accepted because it can not only meet the old wellhead performance and function but also equipped with some important advantages and features.

Lower Height
Ease of Operation and Maintenance-Thanks to lower height, no scaffolding operations are required. This will ease site production, management, operation and maintenance activities.

Ease of Leakage Detection-Usually leakage arises from the valves and connections along production lines. For old wellheads of large overall sizes, leakages arising from upper production lines are difficult to detect. But for compact wellheads, any leakages are at sight of operators and easy to detect.

Less Shut-down, High Efficiency-Conveniences for site preparations, production, daily management, operations work-over and maintenances will improve efficiency, minimize shut-down, cut down loss and improve incomings.

Multi-bowl Wellhead
The MSP/DRILEX multi-bowl wellhead system compact casing head and casing spool together as one sigle unit. It can be used as an alternative to conventional wellhead system in onshore and platform service. The system offers the following advantages over conventional wellhead system:
1. The Casing spool and casing head are installed as a single unit, saving installation time.
2. Save rig time normally required by conventional wellhead system to remove and reinstall BOP stack.
3. Most options of the CQS conventional wellhead system are still applicable with the multi-bowl wellhead system.
Dual Completion Wellhead
The MSP/DRILEX dual completion wellhead system is applicable for "twin well system", which is frequently used on the offshore platform.
Two support plates, which are designed reasonably with suitable bevel edge, could ensure the well cementing carried out normally. Double wellhead & christmas tree are designed "back to back" to make the site operation and control line connection more convenient. Other components such as cable feed throught, actuator and exit block valve for hydraulic control line are provided normally. All other specifications follow API 6A standard strictly.
