MD-U Gate Valve

The MSP/DRILEX MD-U valve is a slab gate valve that features an all-conduit metal-to-metal sealing and takes advantage of the latest technology in materials and design. It is the most extensively tested valve and has the higest performance in all valves MSP/DRILEX provided for production and drilling service. It is designed for high pressure, high temperature, gas service, abrasive and corrosive conditons and is an ideal choice for critical service application.

MD-W Gate Valve

The MSP/DRILEX MD-W gate valve is specially designed for high pressure and large bore applications. It owns all the features and advantages of the MSP/DRILEX MD-U gate valve with addition of utilizing a ball screw assembly and a balance stem to enormously decrease operation torque.

MD-UE Gate Valve

The MD-UE valve is utilized in lower pressure, mildly corrosive environments. It is a classical design for slab gate valve, which has a slab gate and elastomer seals. The valve design is based on PR1 standard.

MD-M Gate Valve

The MD-M valve is utilized in lower pressure, mildly-corrosive environments where a positive seal is desired. It has an expanding gate. The valve design is based on PR1 standard.

ZN ChokeValve

The ZN Choke valve contains a recessed bean/seat to reduce damages from high capacity and an externally threaded bonnet cap to ease maintenance and incorpate pressure gauges. It is used for full application of wellheads, manifolds, well testing and etc.

Cage choke valve

MSP/DRILEX Cage choke valve utilizes the structure of holed cage for changing fluid direction, reducing corrosion and noise, avoiding damage to inside parts.MSP/DRILEX Cage Choke Valve includes two series: PC type (piston plus holed cage) and SC (external sleeve plus holed cage).

 

PC choke valves, incorporating piston to throttle flow inside the cage, are offered for high capacity / medium pressure drop applications.

Applications: Wellhead, manifold, separator, waterflood, CO2, EOR, gas lift, subsea, injection.

Services: High capacity, medium pressure drop

DH choke valve

MSP/DRILEX DH Choke valve utilizes a pair of adjacent discs made of special tungsten carbide, who are diamond lapped and each has two holes. Rotation of one disc relative to the other disc will alter the flow capacity of the choke.

A long serives life is realized because the throttling discs moves very little to throttle flow.

This choke is designed for drilling mud circulating, surface high pressure injection and or manifolds. The distinct feature lies in that two discs will be held together by pressure differences between inlet and outlet. Especially with high pressure surge or lowest pressure due to leakage, the pre-settled pressure sensors will automatically shut down the valve to avoid accidents.

AH Actuator

The MSP/DRILEX AH series of piston hydraulic actuator is desiged to fit both MSP/DRILEX gate valves and other manufacturers gate valve.

 

The advantage of the single-piston lies in minimizing the fluid amount necessary for larger power spring to provide quick closure.

 

AH actuator are available with rising or non-rising stems upon request. AH had lower ring threaded to bonnet simpfying alignment, wear rings to eliminatd galling, two visual position indicators to alloy easy view during full travels of valve gate, large drain plugs for inside-cleaning. The housing of AH acutator works as protective cover for safety. It is easy to convert on site and for maintenance.

 

AH actuators can work in API temperature range and actuate the valves of working pressure up to 20,000 psi.Upon request, MSP/DRILEX can offer other hydraulic actuators.

AP Actuator

MSP/DRILEX AP series of piston pneumatic actuator is proposed for both MSP/DRILEX and other manfacturs gate valves.

 

AP pneumatic actuator are available in pision design, interchangeable and operate with various types of supply: gas, compressed air, nitrogen, or well gas. AP series can be offered with various services conditions.

 

AP series of piston pneumatic actuator can be employed in API Standard Temperatures and available for various sizes. AP actuators can be used to actuate the valves up to 20000psi, and upon requests, MSP/DRILEX also can offer the pneumatic actuators with anti-high-corrosion trims.

AE Actuator

AE electric actuator is advantagous against the hydraulic actuator in two manners:

 

No need for the specific power source and air filter Equipment. The actuator can remain original position if the power loses.

 

The equipment can transfer the singal from a long distance and with easier arrangement of electric line than hydraulic lines and also for checking.
